Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in:
Deliver salary benchmarking insights by managing salary survey submissions and interpreting results to guide market-aligned remuneration decisions
Develop and maintain salary bands and job benchmarking frameworks
Support the execution of our short-term incentive and annual salary review processes
Coordinate employee and executive equity (share) plan activities, including annual grants, stakeholder engagement, and third-party liaisonPartner on global benefits renewals, assessing value and effectiveness of offerings in collaboration with local teams and brokers
Assist with data collation and analysis for the Remuneration Report and People & Performance Committee (PPC)
Provide strategic remuneration advice and support across a wide variety of people-related projects
What you will bring:
Proven experience in remuneration and benefits, ideally within global or ASX-listed environments
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to model data and extract actionable insights
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting
Experience with equity/share plan administration
Knowledge of remuneration frameworks and legislation in Australia (UK exposure a bonus)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across HR, Finance, Legal, and external partners
A customer-first mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
The ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team setting.
