Role Overview
We are seeking 2 experienced and motivated retail managers to lead our day-to-day operations.
These sites are located at Helensvale and Runaway Bay. This role involves managing team performance, ensuring compliance, maintaining stock levels, and fostering a strong customer-centric culture.
Operational Locations:
1. Pizza Hut Helensvale – 9 Sir John Overal Drive Helensvale
2. Pizza Hut Runaway Bay - 390 oxley Drive Runaway Bay
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Operational Management, Staff Management, Customer Service, Financial Management, Marketing & Sales, Compliance & Reporting
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Pizza Hut’s brand standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for food, supplies, and equipment as required.
- Ensure health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members (kitchen staff, delivery drivers, front-of-house, etc.).
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or disciplinary actions when needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure high staff morale and motivation.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and profitability.
- Manage labor and food costs within budgeted targets.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
- Support local store marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Drive sales targets through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence.
- Analyze customer feedback and competitor activity to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (labor laws, health codes, etc.).
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting for audits and inspections.
- Report to area/district managers and corporate on store performance metrics.
