DUTIES INCLUDES
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising retail staff.
- Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are displayed effectively.
- Meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints.
- Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
- Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services.
- Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
- Managing budgets, tracking sales data, and ensuring profitability.
- Implementing marketing strategies to attract customers and promote sales.
- Ensuring the stores comply with health and safety regulations.
- Developing relationships with suppliers, sales representatives, and other businesses.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
