We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Retail Manager to join our family and help lead our Beenleigh restaurant in continuing the tradition of excellence.
As a Retail Manager you will work alongside the Assistant Retail Manager to ensure the smooth running of the store and its employees.
Job Description
Position: Fulltime 38 hours per week
Salary: $76,515 - $85,000 + Super
The Job involves:
- Overseeing daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Managing and supervising a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet financial targets
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications
Qualification & Skills
- Strong and demonstrated management experience- At least 1 year.
- Strong leadership skills; motivating and leading a young team, setting goals and ensuring they are achieved
- Strong customer service skills
- Understanding and ability to enforce food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills
- Flexibility and able to adapt to change
- Attention to detail to ensure the store is clean and in good running order
- Training and development experience
- Ability to work as a team with a friendly attitude and a genuine passion for the fast food industry
Mandatory Requirements
- Food Safety Certificate – Completion of the I'm Alert Food Safety Course (FREE online).
- RSA Certificate – Must be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
