You will have the opportunity to work with the Housekeeping Department This is an exciting opportunity for you to grow your hotel skill set in order to build a career with-in The Langham, shall you be determined and dedicated.
This position is an integral part of a high performing hotel team, and a key contributor to the hotel's ongoing success.
Your responsibilities will include
- Complete the number of rooms that are required in the required time frame
- Ensure that all rooms are completed to The Langham, Melbourne standard.
- Ability to self-check your room when completed
- Use the correct cleaning products on the appropriate items
- Restock trolley top every day after use
- Actively engage with the guests & answer all guest queries
- Clean rooms and work in public areas as required Follow and implement new processes
