About the Role
This is an opportunity to demonstrate your ability to achieve hotel Sales budget across all segments, be the beacon of sales leadership, mentor and guide colleagues to excellence. Craft and execute innovative sales strategies, monitor performance, and liaise with top-tier leaders, embodying the essence of our hotel's sales needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Collaborate with revenue management to shape and implement effective hotel sales strategies.
- Manage sales administrative functions, ensuring goal alignment, bonus programs, and marketing plans.
- Act as the sales liaison for key stakeholders, understanding and representing hotel sales needs.
- Cultivate relationships with key suppliers, overseeing marketing communications and event coordination.
- Produce events including corporate functions, media and consumer events.
- Forecast and manage PR and marketing budgets.
- Establish affinity marketing partnerships and manages charity partnerships and activity.
Skills & Experience
Your skills and experience will include:
- Must Have at least 4 years of working experience in a luxury hotel or equivalent.
- A team player with entrepreneurial approach on business development.
- Strong industry exposure and networking skills.
- Excellent communicator, presentation and negotiation skills to win business and to sustain continuous growth.
- Awareness and sensitivity to the concept of luxury and quality.
- Sound knowledge of MS office, Opera PMS and Delphi.
