With a strong reputation and growing demand, we’re now looking for an experienced and confident Sales & Marketing Specialist to help drive our growth through meaningful B2B relationships and strong digital marketing execution.
About the Role
We’re seeking a results-driven professional with at least 5 years of experience in both Sales and Marketing, including social media and digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. This role requires someone who thrives on building new relationships, creating opportunities, and communicating value in a compelling way.
You’ll work from our Box Hill office, with regular in-person outreach and occasional travel to meet with real estate agents across Melbourne. The role is part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across social media platforms
- Connect with real estate agents and other B2B clients across Melbourne
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate professionals
- Manage content creation, social media posts, and campaign calendars
- Attend local meetings and networking events to generate new leads
- Track and follow up with leads using our CRM tools
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales and promotional materials
Who We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing roles
✅ Strong understanding of social media for business marketing
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Confident networker who loves meeting new people and building rapport
✅ Well-organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently from the office
✅ Melbourne-based with a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
