Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic sales team based in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive sales support and analysis to enhance our sales processes, drive efficiency, and contribute to the achievement of our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including handling inquiries, processing orders, and managing customer accounts.
- Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Supported the maintenance and update of customer records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Sales Analysis:
- Support sales data and legacy contracts to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist with market research to support sales planning and decision-making.
Salesforce Updating:
- Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the Salesforce system.
- Regularly update and maintain Salesforce data, including contact information, sales opportunities, and account details.
Administrative Support:
- Support and organize sales documentation, contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Responsible for timely recording and updating of sales orders and customer requests, if any, with production team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in sales admin activities.
- Proven experience in a sales admin role, preferable.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software administration
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights and reports.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
