Job Description
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a commercially minded Senior Designer to help elevate Lumi’s brand and make complex financial concepts simple and engaging through clean, impactful design. This role is central to our brand refresh project, from concept through to rollout, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.
- You’ll create high-quality visuals across digital and print (reports, websites, email campaigns, social media, events, sales collateral and more, while leveraging AI tools to speed up the process.
- As part of the Marketing team, you’ll bring fresh creative ideas, transform complex information into clear visual stories, and help shape a brand identity that stands out in the fintech space.
Qualifications
THE PERSON
- Demonstrated design experience at a senior level and a portfolio that shows strong work in B2B or fintech.
- You’re highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience in animation, video editing, and email design (preferably Hubspot).
- A good grasp of HTML/CSS is valuable for adapting designs to digital formats.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and can manage multiple projects at once.
- Ideally, you’ve worked on brand evolution projects before, are confident presenting ideas, and enjoy experimenting with new design tools, especially AI.
- Bonus points if you have UI/UX or motion graphics skills.
