The Role
As the Services Mobilisation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the mobilisation of services in a large-scale housing development in Cairns. Reporting to the State Manager, you will drive project delivery, stakeholder engagement, contractual compliance, and risk management to ensure high-quality outcomes. Based in Far North Queensland and working onsite, this is a leadership position where your ability to influence, advocate, and manage relationships with community stakeholders and government partners will directly contribute to delivering impactful housing solutions.
About You
You are a proactive and experienced project or service delivery professional, with a strong background in community or social services, housing, or property sectors. You bring demonstrated success in managing budgets, contract compliance, and stakeholder partnerships, along with a sound understanding of housing policy and sector dynamics. Resilient and people-focused, you thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by a commitment to improving housing outcomes for communities.
Essential Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a manager in community or social services, property services or related government department
- Thorough understanding of and clear commitment to best practice, policy and legislation in the housing sector
- Current Driver’s Licence
