ABOUT THE REMOTE ROLE
We are looking for a talented and strategic Social Media Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts for a range of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your primary goal will be to build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive measurable business results through compelling social media strategies.
As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement content calendars, create engaging posts tailored to each platform, and manage paid social campaigns. You will also be responsible for community management—responding to comments and messages, nurturing audiences, and fostering online conversations that support each client’s tone and goals.
A crucial part of your role will involve data analysis and performance reporting. You will be expected to produce clear, actionable monthly performance reports for each client, showcasing key metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign success. These reports will be presented during scheduled via in house and virtual meetings via Google Meet or Zoom, where you will discuss insights, explain strategy updates, and recommend improvements based on performance trends.
You will work closely with our content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment across all channels. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and understanding of social trends will help shape innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
PERSONAL SKILLS
This role requires someone with excellent time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously without compromising quality. You must be a confident communicator, comfortable leading conversations in client meetings and providing constructive feedback. A friendly, collaborative nature and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and new social media features are essential traits.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to blend creative vision with data-driven decision-making are key to succeeding in this role. You should also be proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and engagement across all channels.
REQUIREMENTS
We’re looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience managing social media accounts in a professional setting. You should be highly familiar with platform-specific best practices, have hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer), and demonstrate a track record of successful campaign execution.
