At Feedwell, we’re building something fresh — literally. Our popular Pitt St store is home to fast, wholesome food, great coffee, and Australia’s first Wellness Bar blending smoothies with benefits. We serve thousands of CBD workers weekly, and we’re looking for a confident, organised, and hands-on leader to take ownership of the store — and develop into a standout Store Manager.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Shift Supervisor or similar
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team during service
- Strong organisational skills and a calm, hands-on style
- A people-first mindset, but with a sharp eye for standards and consistency
- Permanent working rights (Australian Citizen or PR – this is a long-term role)
What you’ll do:
- Lead and organise a team of 6–8 across front-of-house, coffee station, Wellness Bar, cleaning, and restocking
- Set clear expectations and keep team members accountable during shifts
- Oversee stock levels, store presentation, and customer service flow
- Manage weekly rosters, stock ordering, and operational checklists
- Step into a bigger leadership role with mentoring from senior management
