The role forms part of our high performing Store Support Centre (SSC) Talent Acquisition team that looks after all corporate recruitment across Coles. About the role - 12 Months Fixed term
This role will partner with our Finance Leadership team, supporting our leaders to identify the best internal and external talent for their roles, as well as work with the leadership team to implement and deliver on their talent strategies. We're looking for a strong business partner who can influence, partner and challenge at all levels of the organisation as wells as someone who employs best practice and proactive recruitment approaches to source and attract the best talent in the market.
You’ll also:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time
- Partner with our senior business stakeholders and leadership teams, providing insights, reporting and guidance to support key hiring and talent decisions
- Proactively source and pipeline, utilising various channels to market, such as LinkedIn recruiter, and engage the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles Support
- Manage various initiatives and projects across the TA function and relevant business areas
About you and your skills
We’re looking for a talented Talent Acquisition professional who loves what they do and can apply their expertise and partner with a variety of functions and stakeholder.
You will also have:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Finance and Commerce.
- A successful background as a strategic and value add Talent Acquisition professional within an internal function
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can interact with people at all levels of the organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills and can handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and attracting talent and can use various channels and methods
- A data-driven mindset and can use metrics and analytics to measure and improve your recruitment performance
- A passion for FMCG and Retail and a keen interest in the latest trends and innovations in the industry
