We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a high-performing team of client care appointment setters on behalf of a health hearing service provider. This role is perfect for a people-focused leader who thrives in a results-driven environment and enjoys coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with clients.
This role involves overseeing the appointment-setting process, driving sales performance, and mentoring team members to excel in their roles.

Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:30pm

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Inspire: Guide, coordinate, and motivate your team to consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and campaign targets.
Strategize for Success: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost appointment-setting efficiency and revenue growth.
Monitor and Optimise: Analyse key performance metrics, providing insightful recommendations to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
Develop Talent: Coach, mentor, and conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to ensure the continuous professional development of your team members.
Collaborate for Seamless Service: Work closely with hearing care specialists and other stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Resolve with Care: Manage and resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining trust and satisfaction.
Ensure Accuracy: Maintain precise documentation and reporting of coaching, development, performance management, sales activities, and customer interactions within client management systems.
About you:
Proven experience leading appointment setting campaigns or in a similar contact centre environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to analyse data, build reports, and present insights clearly.
Experience using dialer systems.
A proactive, engaging, and results-focused approach.
