Job Description


You will lead a dynamic and tight knit team within our Brisbane branch based on Eagle St, Brisbane CBD. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your Occupational Rehabilitation career and lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service delivery in supporting people return to health, work and life!

Key accountabilities include:

  • Lead, coach and support a team of consultants to deliver high quality occupational rehab services
  • Drive team performance in achieving positive RTW outcomes and meeting billable targets
  • Support onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members
  • Overseeing quality assurance, file reviews and compliance with service standards
  • Foster a high performing, values driven team culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Tertiary allied health qualifications
  • Current Full Professional Registration/Accreditation/Membership with AHPRA, AASW, ESSA or ASORC.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role preferred;
  • Able to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers;
