About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and organised Team Leader, Support Services to join our team in a rehabilitation care environment located at the REPAT. In this key leadership role, you’ll guide a team of support services officers, ensuring high-quality, responsive services are delivered to both patients and clinical staff. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating and scheduling team activities, helping to create a seamless support experience that enhances patient care.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, team-based environment and takes pride in leading by example. You’ll foster a positive, flexible workplace culture that values initiative, collaboration, and clear communication. About You
You’re a capable and confident leader with a strong background in health or aged care support services. You bring a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide and motivate teams in a busy healthcare setting. To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Certificate IV in Health Support Services or Certificate III in Aged Care or Disability, with relevant team leadership experience
Proven ability to lead and support a multidisciplinary team, managing workloads and priorities effectively under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially
Solid knowledge of infection control, cleaning, transport, and waste practices, and familiarity with hospital systems and Microsoft programs
