Provide expert ieMR front-end user support, training, and advice as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) to all ieMR enabled sites state-wide.
Provide ownership for the DHS Training Domains and provide state-wide technical support for these domains.
Consult effectively with key stakeholders to resolve technical and strategic training issues both internal and external to DHS.
As part of a team, drive adoption of the DHS training strategies to the HHS, to promote workflow compliance.
Identify and Implement improvement opportunities to advance the quality of content and delivery of ieMR clinical and administrative training state-wide.
Collaborate with internal management and vendors to provide vendor led training for eHealth Queensland employees and the broader stakeholder community.
Manage and maintain eLearning resources through the iLearn Learning Management Solution (LMS). Provide detailed reports on DHS mandatory training compliance.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
Expert level knowledge of the user-facing ieMR solution with capacity to rapidly develop an in-depth technical understanding of the ieMR.
High level of experience in training and adoption within a large and complex, geographically diverse, ICT environment.
High level of experience with Oracle Health training highly desirable.
High level of interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, oral and written communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders to achieve tangible improvements in training and adoption service quality.
Demonstrated success in designing, implementing, and embedding multimodal learning collateral.
Demonstrated ability to use Service Now to manage incoming requests and work within the ITIL framework for Change, Request and Problem management.
