About the Role
Under the strategic direction of the operations manager, you will oversee and support remote trainers and the broader training team. Your responsibilities will encompass management, supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the delivery of high-quality training and assessment services in remote First Nations communities..
Over 1,800 remote learners have completed apprenticeships or qualifications through ALPA. This dedication to quality training outcomes saw ALPA recognised as runner-up as Small Training Provider of the Year in the 2023 NT Training Awards.

About You
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or successor qualification) – mandatory.
- Deep understanding of RTO operations, ASQA standards, the VET Quality Framework, and higher education compliance
- Leadership experience in an RTO, including managing compliance, training delivery, audits, and staff performance.
- Strong background in team leadership, including recruiting, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary teams in a training environment.
