Oasis is expanding and we are looking for vibrant and skilled VIP / Bottle Service Hosts to join our dynamic and supportive team to contribute in bringing our guest experience to the next level.
About the Role
As a VIP / Bottle Service Host at Oasis you will:
- Prepare and serve delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to VIP guests with a high level of customer service.
- Sell available VIP Tables/Booths to guests onboard.
- Upsell beverage and food packages to VIP guests.
- Engage with guests and provide excellent service, offering recommendations when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the VIP booth areas.
- Create unforgettable VIP experiences for guests.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Adhere to all health and safety and liquor laws including responsible alcohol service
- Assist with restocking inventory, managing bar suppliers and preparations.
- Work with a team to provide a positive and friendly atmosphere for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Current Valid RSA
- Valid Working Visa
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Available to work weekends (day/night) and public holidays
