Are you an experienced administrator that prefers to work in a warehouse environment? We are looking for someone who has solid admin experience preferably in a warehouse environment, or someone who is open to working in one. The position is full time permanent and based in our Warehouse at Eastern Creek.
About the role
This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy warehouse receiving department, as well as receiving and processing incoming goods. If you have strong attention to detail and experience in a warehousing or logistics environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately receiving, processing and reconciling incoming goods and materials
- Maintaining organised and efficient inventory management systems
- Providing administrative support for the receiving team, including data entry and reporting and maintaining documentation
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the smooth running of operations
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics or similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to follow processes and procedures
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to your work
