About the Role
Lead operations in our busy warehouse and trade store, supplying landscaping projects across the Metro Area. If you thrive on keeping stock moving, systems running, and teams performing at their best, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily warehouse and store operations – receiving, storage, dispatch
- Manage inventory control, stocktakes, and ordering processes
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team (2–5 staff)
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight companies, and internal teams
- Maintain safe, organised, and efficient facilities
- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or store management (trade/industrial supplies an advantage)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with stock control and warehouse management systems
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Forklift license and WHS knowledge desirable
