Future Migrations is seeking a skilled and reliable Admin / Visa Support Officer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of phone calls and emails with clarity, professionalism, and empathy
- Provide administrative and operational support to migration agents and education counsellors
- Manage client bookings, documentation, and internal data systems
- Communicate with clients to follow up on pending documents and application updates
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with migration policies and internal procedures
✅ Requirements
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in high-volume administrative or customer service roles
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Experience in the migration or education sector is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM systems
