The opportunity:
You will provide a range of administrative functions for the Customer & Communications team to support the smooth operation of delivering quality care and services to customers.
Your duties will include:
- Complete tasks and record keeping related to the operation of the Bus Fleet to meet national and state accreditation and legislative compliance
- Complete administration and reporting tasks to support homes in meeting the ACQSC aged care standards
- Support the Customer function by being a subject matter expert in our resident feedback system and assisting with resident experience interviews
- Manage and maintain relevant manual and electronic database information for accurate, reliable and efficient reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the wider Customer and Communications team
- Build relationships and liaise with service providers and contractors, including external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and others as required.
About you
- Qualifications in Administration, or related field, well regarded but not essential
- High proficiency in using database systems, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and coordinate multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Well-developed organisational, administrative and project planning skills, with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Available for interstate travel with overnight stays on short notice
- Driver’s licence required
