In this role, you'll:


Provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth daily operations, including coordinating meetings and assisting with procurement and regular purchasing by raising POs, managing HR related data like leave requests etc.

Play a critical role in the organization by maintaining registers and record-keeping, managing information archiving,updating relevant drives and creating folders.

Collect and compile information to assist in the development of documentation and reports, which is a key aspect of the position.

Travel to various sites and branches to conduct stocktakes and record equipment and custodians for PPEs and other assets.

Independently monitor and track induction systems for our site workers.

Manage the PPE shared inbox to fulfill PPE orders for workers in accordance with specified guidelines.

Experience supporting senior leadership and managing office operations will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Prior experience in document control or archiving will be highly regarded. You must possess a valid driving license


Prior experience managing records, stocks and multiple sites will be highly regarded.
