What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting clinical staff across wards to deliver safe, efficient patient care through strong administrative and coordination support.
Assisting with rostering and reporting
Maintaining registration records
Coordinating meetings and documents
Supporting workforce communications
Managing key admin responsibilities

Selection Criteria:
Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, comprehension, and spoken word with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products and ProAct rostering system.
Ability to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
