What you'll be doing

In this role you’ll be supporting clinical staff across wards to deliver safe, efficient patient care through strong administrative and coordination support.

  • Assisting with rostering and reporting

  • Maintaining registration records

  • Coordinating meetings and documents

  • Supporting workforce communications

  • Managing key admin responsibilities

Selection Criteria:

  • Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, comprehension, and spoken word with the ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels.

  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products and ProAct rostering system.

  • Ability to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment.
