Your Team
The Automation and AI Product Lead sits in the Technology Transformation & Operations team reporting to the Executive Director, Enterprise Systems and Business Applications.

This role manages and prioritises Automation and AI initiatives with cutting-edge technology. You will facilitate prioritisation discussions with senior stakeholders across the business and support the AI Centre of Excellence initiative to aligns with broader transformation efforts across CFS.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal Automation and AI-related initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand needs and drive outcomes.
  • Present initiative updates and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Resolve conflicting priorities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Track progress and report on internal initiative status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure initiatives comply with enterprise risk management frameworks

Your Capability and Experience

  • A true passion for AI and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Extensive experience in technology project and delivery management roles.
  • A high degree of autonomy and influence across the organisation.
  • A strong understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI, machine learning, and automation.
  • Provide thought leadership on initiative delivery and governance best practices.
