Mission of This Role
- Deliver Phase 1 – Ship the 10‑module automation system (Lead Intake → KPI dashboards) in <120 days.
- Co‑architect Phase 2+ – Invent, prototype, and deploy the next wave of AI/RPA projects from our idea backlog.
- Own the roadmap – Be our fractional “CTO of Automation,” advising on new tools, guarding best practices, and training the team.

Must‑Have Qualifications

- Zapier Certified Expert or 250 + multi‑step Zap history AND
- Demonstrable AI/LLM builds, API/webhook mastery, browser automation, Google WS scripting.
- Product mindset – able to translate a half‑baked idea into user stories, LOE estimates, and phased roll‑outs.
- Superb async communicator (Loom + GitBook habit).
Nice‑to‑Haves
- RESimpli, InvestorLift, Propwire hands‑on.
- n8n/Make.com, LangChain, UiPath experience.
- Canva API, QuickBooks API, OpenAI Vision.
- Background in real‑estate, lending, or fintech.
