Marketing Automation Specialist - Contiki

What You’ll Be Doing

Build and Optimise Journeys
- Design and deploy automated email journeys (welcome flows, booking nudges, win-backs, and more)
- Configure triggers, segments, dynamic content, and decision trees
- Make sure every message is on-brand, timely, and performance-ready

Test and QA Everything
- Rigorously test journeys from subject lines and links to data logic and merge tags
- Maintain suppression rules and contact governance
- Troubleshoot formatting, data, and integration issues

Track, Report and Improve
- Monitor key performance metrics: open rates, CTRs, conversions, revenue
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on results
- Share actionable insights with CRM and Brand teams

Collaborate Across the Crew
- Work closely with content, creative, product, and retention teams
- Ensure consistent messaging across manual sends and automated flows
- Support smooth execution of campaigns from concept to launch

Keep Our Systems Clean and Smart
- Maintain documentation for naming conventions, workflows, and logic
- Partner with data teams to ensure accurate segmentation and data flow
- Look for ways to streamline, scale, and enhance our automation strategy
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in CRM or marketing automation
- Hands-on experience with tools like Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and deliverability
- Detail-oriented with a passion for solving problems
- Bonus: familiarity with HTML/CSS (but not essential)
- A love for testing, learning, and making incremental improvements
- A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
