Our large multidisciplinary team delivers Allied Health services including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support, Psychology, keyworker & Exercise physiology.
Job Description
We’re expanding our Eastern Vic team and seeking Core Level Behaviour Support Practitioners (as confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission) who are passionate about improving the lives of people with disability.
Whether you're an experienced BSP or come from a strong background in the disability sector, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As a BSP, you’ll work with adults and children in community settings, supporting them and those around them to live more empowered lives. Your role will involve:
Conducting person-centred assessments and planning with NDIS participants, families and carers
Developing and implementing evidence-based, positive behaviour support (PBS) plans
Promoting the elimination of restrictive practices through education and practical strategies
Working collaboratively to build capacity in families, carers, and support networks
Acting as a role model for best-practice service delivery
Being part of a multidisciplinary team with a shared mission to make a difference

Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience working within the NDIS framework and supporting individuals with disabilities and challenging behaviours
Qualified Behaviour Support Practitioners or professionals with extensive experience in the disability sector
Passion for supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours
Degree or Diploma qualifications essential
Strong report writing skills and the ability to translate assessment findings into clear, actionable plans
Excellent time management and organisational skills to balance a dynamic caseload
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude with excellent people skills
