What’s the role?
As a Business Development Manager within our dynamic SME Business Banking team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by combining strong relationship-building skills with deep credit and analytical expertise. You’ll originate and manage lending opportunities up to $5 million, actively engaging with a wide network of brokers and referral partners while nurturing direct client relationships. With a sharp eye for credit, you’ll make swift, confident lending decisions to deliver a seamless experience for customers and brokers. Partnering with internal specialists, you’ll support a diverse portfolio of SME clients and provide end-to-end service for a variety of funding needs - from business expansion and equipment financing to property transactions and complex requirements.
