We are looking for an experienced, energetic Recruitment Officer to join our People & Culture team on a 6-month contract. This role is central to delivering high-quality recruitment services across the district, supporting hiring managers and ensuring compliance with NSW Health policy and legislative requirements. About the Role
In this role, you will:
Manage a portfolio of clients and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes in line with NSW Health policy and legislation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Interpret policies and guidelines to provide clear advice and ensure compliance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support colleagues through knowledge sharing.

About You
Experience in recruitment, administration, or a similar role in a high-volume, multi-disciplinary environment.
Exceptional customer service and strong stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to interpret and apply policy, legislation and procedures in practice.
A growth mindset you love a challenge and bring strong emotional intelligence to your work.
