  • Acting as a liaison between the Board, Executive, regulators, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitating internal and external audits and supporting ongoing governance improvements.

About You – Skills & Qualifications

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in law, governance, or a related field OR equivalent extensive experience.
  • Governance Institute of Australia membership (highly desirable).

  • Experience supporting Boards and managing corporate registers.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • High-level interpersonal skills and ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
