This role will assist and/or coordinate the implementation and maintenance of systems to support partnering with patients, carers, and families to improve the safety and quality of care including patient experience. Promote the use of systems and processes for partnering with consumers, with patients, carers, families, clinicians and other members of the workforce. Promote and facilitate patient, carer, family and consumer participation in service measurement and evaluation. Coordinate feedback collection, monitoring and evaluation systems and participate in collection of patient experience surveys. Provide administrative coordination for MDHS feedback processes.
