About the Role
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your resilience, empathy, and organisation will shine. You’ll be the key liaison for our South Australian customers throughout the construction phase, keeping them informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.
From coordinating site visits and walkthroughs to managing utility connections and documentation, you’ll be the glue between our clients and construction teams. It’s demanding, but incredibly rewarding, especially when you hand over the keys to a dream Burbank home.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during construction
- Coordinate walkthroughs, inspections, and meetings with site managers
- Respond to client inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care
- Track and resolve customer service issues, ensuring timely follow-up
- Liaise with utility providers to manage water, electricity, and gas connections
- Communicate clearly about vegetation clearing, retaining walls, and boundary builds
- Prepare and distribute client documentation including handover packs
- Maintain accurate records of communications and site visit outcomes
- Provide general admin support and contribute to office efficiency
- Build strong relationships through prompt, proactive communication
- Experience with a residential builder and understanding of the build process
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- A proactive mindset and polished presentation
