The role

 

Reporting to the Group Manager Future Workforce, the Engagement and Capability Lead is responsible for implementing organisation wide learning events and initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.

 

You will use data-driven insights to develop and deliver initiatives that enhance South East Water’s employee experience, culture, and workforce effectiveness. 

 

You will embed values and behaviours into all aspects of the employee life cycle, including culture, employee engagement, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), continuous listening and our workspaces.

 

While no two days are the same in the Engagement and Capability Lead role, you can expect to undertake some of the following activities:

 

 

This role is offered as a 12-month max-term parental leave cover.

This role is remunerated at a Level 5, which is between $115,748 and $122,323 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
