Our Defence and Social Infrastructure Team in Brisbane have an opening for an Inventory Coordinator. This role offers hybrid working conditions (WFH & Brisbane West End office), full time fixed term to June 2026 with a possible extension.

About the Role
As the Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory and administration processes for a QLD Government electronic monitoring contract. You’ll play a key role in maintaining stakeholder relationships, overseeing daily inventory operations, and driving continuous improvement to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- End to end inventory management including dispatching, receiving, inspection for damage, testing functionality, monitoring stock levels, updating records, highlighting themes / issues across the contract
relating to inventory / devices and recommending changes to pre-positioned inventory levels - Develop and implement a robust program in monitoring, analysis, reporting and testing
- Ensure monitoring centre compliance with processes for service delivery
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records
- Advise with advance notice stock required to be ordered to ensure no insufficiencies or excessive surplus in country
- Liaising with all stakeholder
About You
To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Excellent administration, reporting, time management and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong relationship management and engagement with clients
- Have an analytical mind, investigative and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed computer skills (especially excel)
- Be focused on results, ability to prioritise problems / issues and generate solutions
- Committed to quality service delivery and continuous improvement
- Experience in logistics, coordinating or scheduling within energy, oil & gas and minerals would be beneficial
