Myer is looking for a Learning and Capability Advisor to support and maintain the ongoing learning and development programs across the Apparel Brands, including Dotti, Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays and Portmans. This 6 month contract role is also responsible for maintaining induction, onboarding and reporting processes for new team members across Sass & Bide, Marcs, and David Lawrence. Working closely with the Capability Development Lead, the advisor ensures consistency in business processes and policies, while maintaining up-to-date learning content, policies and resources that are easily accessible and aligned across all eight brands.
About the role:
- Maintain and administer Learning Management System (LMS) Just Learn for Apparel Brands
- Maintain currency of online compliance modules including any legislative updates for Apparel Brands
- Maintain currency of all other online learning modules for Apparel Brands
- Maintain currency of compliance information including any legislative updates and training for SBMDL
- This role may be required to assist in the movement of any online learning to Myer Group platforms
- Develop relevant content for store flyers/memos/emails that align to Capability initiatives in consultation with relevant SMEs for Apparel Brands
- Communicate the above via the relevant and appropriate platforms for Apparel Brands
- Communicate all learning initiatives, changes and updates to Regional Managers via attendance at regular RM meetings and reports – Apparel Brands
- Manage consumable artwork updates and register
- This role may be required to assist with moving communication onto Myer platforms/systems.
- Maintain all store ‘How-To Guides’, FAQs, ‘How To Videos’ and online learning content for Apparel Brands
- Manage planning requirements and delivery of ‘New Store Opening Packs’ and related onboarding materials for Apparel Brands
- Manage Induction/Onboarding packs for SBMDL
- This role may be required to develop any needed store ‘How-To Guides’, FAQs, ‘How-To Videos’ and online learning content for any new learning initiatives
- Manage and maintain the scheduled reporting cadence for compliance module completion for Apparel Brands and SBMDL
- Manage and maintain weekly onboarding reports for Apparel Brands
- Manage and maintain weekly Training Plan reporting for Apparel Brands
- Create, manage and maintain any reporting needed for ad-hoc learning initiatives for Apparel Brands
- Administer relevant mailboxes for Apparel Brands and SBMDL
- Maintain current policy register for Apparel Brands and SBMDL
- Manage any required updates to policies for Apparel Brands and SBMDL
- Maintain prescribed version control across all systems, internal drives and platforms for Apparel Brands and SBMDL
- This role may be required to work on policy integration with the Myer Group
- Maintain relevant communication and learning platforms (including Just Learn, store iPads, POS communication channel) via consultation with respective IT owners within both Myer and Apparel Brands
- Ensure all platforms accessible to all store teams, leaders and relevant SSO team members in Apparel Brands.
About you:
- 2–5 years’ experience in a Learning and/or Capability role
- Proficient in LMS management and maintenance
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365, JotForm, Google Docs, Adobe Captivate or Adobe Articulate (preferred)
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
