What you’ll be doing:
- Shape success and set the tone at Yo-Chi Mandurah.
- Lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations including labour, P&L, and cost controls.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards are always met.
- Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing, engaged team.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and values-led culture.
- Build strong connections with the Mandurah community.
- Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred).
- Proven success with KPIs, labour budgets, and financial management.
- Confident managing numbers and understanding what drives performance.
