Join Stockland for a parental leave contract as a Senior Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail portfolio. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity within our Innovation, Marketing & Technology division, where you’ll drive strategic marketing initiatives that enhance customer experience and maximise financial performance. You’ll lead a talented team of marketing professionals, oversee regional and local campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver insight-led strategies. Your work will directly influence media planning, PR, community engagement, and customer journey development across multiple assets, contributing to Stockland’s vision of creating thriving communities.
About You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring extensive experience in marketing management and strategic planning, along with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. You’ll have appropriate tertiary qualifications and a deep understanding of customer insights, integrated communications, and data-driven marketing strategies. Your leadership will foster collaboration, adaptability, and innovation, while your analytical mindset will
guide decision-making and campaign optimisation. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential, as is your ability to mentor and empower your team to achieve targeted results.
