What You’ll Do:
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in empowering participants to navigate and make the most of their NDIS plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting participants to understand, implement, and maximise their NDIS plans by linking them to appropriate informal, community, and funded supports.
- Collaborating with participants to identify their goals and ensuring effective allocation of funding to meet those goals.
- Assisting with NDIS plan reviews by evaluating current supports and identifying opportunities for additional or alternative services.
- Researching and recommending service providers tailored to the participant’s individual needs, preferences, and goals.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with allied health professionals, community organisations, and government services to expand support options for participants.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated professional who is committed to improving outcomes for NDIS participants. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Support Coordinator, with a solid understanding of NDIS processes and participant needs. Experience: Support Coordination: 1 year (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and provide tailored support.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- A proactive and positive approach, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A valid NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A valid Working with Children Check (for paid employment).
- A National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months).
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $35.15 – $43.23 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
