Reporting to the Senior People Manager, the People Partner will support and drive the effective delivery and transformation of HR operations and governance processes to enhance the employee experience across ANZ. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR inquiries and collaborating with the Talent & Workplace Experience teams to champion organizational culture. You will also be involved in HR projects and assist in strategically driving the people and operational goals of the ELMO teams.
Key responsibilities:
Providing advice and support on the HR strategy in line with business goals.
Managing employee-related documentation such as contracts and letters.
Identifying organizational trends and reviewing reports from the HRIS.
Contributing to the development and implementation of employee engagement, retention, and reward strategies.
Promoting programs to upgrade people's performance across ANZ.
Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensuring all HR activities across ANZ comply with government regulations, laws, and internal policies.
Supporting with the rollout of People Experience function projects and initiatives.
Skills and Experiences:
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least five years of human resource management experience.
AHRI Practitioner Certification preferred.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and excellent time management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience operating and executing across a range of HR programs in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to interact with, engage with, and influence senior internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with G-Suite/Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn ELMO's HRIS.
