About the role
Reporting to the Leadership and Mentoring Programs Lead, you’ll coordinate logistics, communications, and administration for the Leadership & Mentoring Programs, working with internal teams, speakers, and participants to ensure smooth delivery and improvement.
As our Program Coordinator (Leadership Development), you'll also:
Coordinate logistics and delivery of leadership and mentoring events
Manage program communications, resources, and marketing support
Administer registrations, speaker liaison, invoicing, and CPD tracking
Support design development, program evaluation and continuous improvement activities
Skills & Experience
Strong coordination and event management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage timelines and competing priorities
Experience working with diverse stakeholders
