About your new role
Our Project Support Officers provide administrative support to project teams across the City. A day in this role may include coordinating meetings and schedules, updating templates, tracking project progress, liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring smooth project operations.
We're eager to connect with proactive Project Support Officers interested in our upcoming projects across ICT, construction, infrastructure, business improvement and transformation.
We have multiple fixed term opportunities available and will aim to align successful candidates with projects where their experience and expertise can shine. We will be proactively appointing candidates for our current vacancies and future projects, so we want to hear from you now and establish connections for future opportunities.

We're looking for people who have:
Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Additionally, you will also have:
- Previous experience providing project support or high-level administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
- A passion for projects and working collaboratively in a team
- The ability to organise tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and problem solving
- While not essential, experience supporting ICT, infrastructure, construction, or business improvement and transformation projects will be an advantage
