About the role:
Working closely with chefs, sommeliers, and producers to create rich, authentic content, you’ll execute our social media strategy with precision, flair, and a love for detail, making sure every post, story, and caption feels like an invitation to experience something special.

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative head office team your main focus will be on execution of our Social Media Strategy across all channels.
Keeping an eye on trends, competitor moves, and fresh ideas to keep our content ahead of the curve, your goal is to ensure every post reflects our venues’ unique personalities.
About you:
You are a storyteller at heart, someone who understands the magic of good food, good wine, and great service with a passion for hospitality and genuine engagement with our guests both in person and online.
A detail-driven organiser who also has a playful, creative streak, you are ambitious and keen to build on your existing experience, someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You have a positive attitude, vibrant personality and willingness to take on new challenges. An excellent communicator, professional and always well-presented with a strong customer focus.
To excel in this role you will need,
- 2–4 years in social media, communications, or digital marketing.
- Exceptional copywriting skill, able to shift tone to suit different venues while staying on-brand.
- Confident with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands, basic photography, video editing, or design skills (Canva) and knowledge of influencer collaborations and paid social campaigns to advantage.

Renascence Group operates four venues: Farmers Daughters, Barra and Victoria by Farmers Daughters all in Melbourne and Morena Sydney with another Melbourne venue coming very soon.
Farmers Daughters, our flagship venue heroes the Gippsland region focussing on provenance and sustainability, it preserves the proud tradition of local farmers and producers, delivering their delicious produce direct to the heart of Melbourne.
Victoria by Farmers Daughters, our events and activations venue in Federation Square, shares this ethos and farm to table focus.
Barra and Morena Sydney showcase the diverse range of cuisines from across Latin American cultures. Our goal is to elevate Australia’s engagement with Latin America, whilst staying true to the flavours and techniques that represent Latin cuisine.
