Sport Administration Officer

About the role:
To thrive in the role, you will have a keen interest community sport & recreation and a commitment to providing high level customer service to support our community. You will be agile, organised, love working with people and are always challenging yourself to find a better way!

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Relevant qualifications and/or extensive job-related administrative experience.
- Sound knowledge in relevant software packages relating to the position.
- Proven experience in office organisation and financial record keeping.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and experience discretion and diplomacy at all times.
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service.
- Time management skills and ability to organise work effectively.
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as demonstrated ability to function co-operatively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated experience in utilising internet and social media
