We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the workforce of the future while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and engaging top talent, to guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process, to ensuring every candidate experiences our employer brand promise.
You’ll:
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and design sourcing strategies.
- Deliver a seamless recruitment experience – advertising, shortlisting, screening, assessments, interviews and background checks.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Support key recruitment campaigns and projects alongside the TA team.
- Champion our EVP, diversity and inclusion, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You’re motivated and passionate about delivering best practice talent attraction, sourcing and recruitment activities. You thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment where juggling multiple priorities is part of the challenge – and the reward.
You’re bold enough to challenge traditional thinking and confident in suggesting out-of-the-box, tailored solutions that elevate how we attract and retain talent. With demand for talent increasing, you bring the urgency and creativity needed to proactively source superstar candidates and build strong talent pipelines. You’re professional, solutions-focused and confident working with senior leaders to deliver on critical talent needs.
Specifically, you’ll bring:
- Extensive end-to-end recruitment expertise , including experience recruiting at Senior Leader level.
- Proven success in proactive sourcing , market mapping and building/managing pipelines for critical skills.
- Strong capability with e-recruitment platforms and social media sourcing strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence outcomes.
