You will:
- Lead role briefs
- Activate LinkedIn Recruiter and craft outreach that lands
- Screen for skills and Plexus values (we even have our own AI tools to help)
- Run structured first-round interviews
- Keep candidates informed and excited
- Guide managers through scorecards, decision-making, and offers
- Own the ATS (Lever), scheduling, contracts, and logistics
- Continuously improve hiring process, tools, and insights
