From producing large-scale activations and influencer campaigns to collaborating with international tourism boards and premium destinations, we connect culture with celebration. We’re now looking for a Tourism Events & Marketing Intern to support our team in delivering impactful campaigns and destination-led experiences.

About the Role
This internship is ideal for someone passionate about travel, tourism, destination marketing, and event planning. You’ll assist in the planning and promotion of events tied to our tourism partnerships and gain insight into how we work with brands, governments, and tourism boards to spotlight locations in a unique and creative way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist in the execution of tourism-focused events and experiential activations

  • Help with destination research, itinerary planning, and campaign logistics

  • Coordinate communication with travel partners, vendors, and collaborators

  • Support marketing tasks including social media scheduling, email drafts, and campaign content

  • Prepare briefs, run sheets, guest lists, and post-event wrap-up reports

  • Help develop presentations, mood boards, and marketing decks

  • Provide general admin and team support across tourism and brand campaigns

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for travel, events, culture, and lifestyle marketing

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to multitask and work within fast-moving projects

  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, or basic editing tools is a plus

  • Availability to support Sydney-based events is preferred but not essential
