In Tune Marine Central Coast is a large boat dealership at Long Jetty. We service and sell outboard motors and have an extensive chandlery section.
We are looking for a responsible Administrative and Accounts Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. You will provide support to our manager and workshop staff and manage our company’s administrative activities in this role.
What you will be doing:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule bookings for workshop servicing
- Perform all accounts duties including inventory using MYOB
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence, letters, and quotes.
- Maintain filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Record and balance petty cash and banking
- Liaise with offsite accountant
What skills you need:
- Proven experience in Accounts and Administration
- Knowledge of office management systems, printers and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word and Excel and MYOB
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
